About Monika

Born and raised in Germany, she has been on a complex international, educational, professional and personal journey for the better part of four decades. She has lived and worked across four continents and with exposure to many different cultures and industries. Educated as a psychologist with different areas of focus in both Germany and the US, she predominately worked as a coach, facilitator and organization consultant, eventually finding her sweet spot in strengthening her clients' growth and development as leaders in various capacities.
